(VIDEO) The One Thing You Need To Know About the Market (and ignore the rest)

I’m sure you’re up to your eyeballs in real estate right now. We do it every day and we’re pretty fed up with the newscycle, too.

So what’s the one thing you need to know?

The market is VERY, VERY active.

  • It’s not about any kind of national settlement against the NAR
  • It’s not about “no inventory”
  • It’s not about “no one wants to sell”
  • It’s not about any bad news at all.

It’s about buyers wanting to move forward, and snapping up what they perceive as an opportunity to buy right now.

We are finishing the best quarter in our team’s history. We’ve sold or put $80mm of properties into contract in the last 3 months. What does that indicate?

Manhattan is still on sale. But it won’t last forever.
