Our Team Agent of the Month: Chloe Chasanoff

We “only” have a team of six agents, so we get to highlight their deals more than often.

This January, we are shining a light on Chloe Chasanoff. Chloe has been a part of the Harris Residential Team since 2019, making her one of its longest-standing team members.

Some perspective about the challenges of being a real estate agent. As I put in this LinkedIn post, the month of January is hard for salespeople. Maybe they put on a brave face, but when one is starting from zero, a new year can be daunting. It’s particularly trying for real estate agents, who don’t have “recurring revenue” as happens in many other professions. And more so for agents in their first few years.

Chloe, on the other hand, finished her year really strong, having done $35 million in closed business, which is incredible! More importantly, her pipeline—the carryover from the previous year—looks fabulous. So when Chloe already closed $3mm to kick off 2024, and wrapped up a $30,000/month rental deal, we didn’t have to look any further.

Congratulations to Chloe!
