(VIDEO) It’s Not Always a Market Trend, But a Wave

We don’t like to shoot our market videos too far in advance, because the trend lines are not as clear in the real estate market as you might think. In fact, buyers and sellers should treat the market as surfers treat the ocean: You need to ride the waves.

These can come in little increments. For instance, this spring we saw unexpected lulls when buyers got great deals. On the other hand, we helped sellers ride the wave of low inventory and snag interested buyers and higher-than-expected prices.

All of this is to say that you shouldn’t look at this update in a month and think that everything in it will still be true! Be in touch to get real-time market data. You’ll fare better with your wetsuit, your surfboard, strong shoulders, and a good yell to know when to start paddling! 🏄🏻‍♂️ Scott & The HRT
