For those of you who aren’t familiar with Silent Spring, Rachel Carson’s 1962 book was about the environmental impact of DDT, a chemical that has since been banned.

No one is banning uncertainty.  No one could!  Because it’s like a whack-a-mole!  Too many things keep popping up to create emotional havoc in your property search.
